Why I Created ArcVelocity
What ArcVelocity does
Built for local leverage: ArcVelocity helps DFW small businesses use AI in the places where bigger competitors usually have the advantage: follow-up, marketing, reporting, customer intake, quoting, document work, approvals, and the daily operational drag that quietly steals time from the owner.
The goal: not to make a small business look like a giant company. It is to give the team better systems without losing the local judgment, customer relationships, and hands-on care that made the business work in the first place. ArcVelocity finds the workflow that is slowing things down, builds a practical AI-assisted fix, and keeps the implementation grounded enough that people actually use it after the first week.
Meet Arno Alford
Professional background: Arno Alford is a tech industry veteran with 9+ years of experience across site reliability, network operations, automation, monitoring, cloud work, and deployments.
Local roots: he moved to Texas from California five years ago and now lives in Bedford with his wife, Allison, and their two daughters, Margaret and Lorraine. DFW is home now, not just a service area on a website. His family includes a lot of Texas small business owners, so the work is personal in a practical way: he has seen how much pressure local operators carry, how hard they work to keep up, and how quickly better systems can become the difference between surviving the week and having room to grow.
ArcVelocity credentials
Business facts: ArcVelocity is a Bedford-based AI implementation practice serving small and midsize businesses across Dallas-Fort Worth. The work focuses on workflow diagnostics, supervised AI implementation, workflow automation consulting, document-heavy operations, customer follow-up, reporting, and the practical systems local teams need to compete with larger companies.
Contact: the business is owned by Arno Alford and can be reached at arcvelocity@runbox.biz or 714-325-8213. ArcVelocity serves Bedford, Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Irving, Plano, Frisco, and the broader DFW area.
